On 26–27 November 2025, the Kick-off Meeting of the SINCERE Project was hosted by Fan S. Noli University in Korçë, Albania. The meeting brought together representatives of all partner institutions, participating both in person and online.
The event marked the official start of the project and provided an opportunity for partners to meet, exchange perspectives, and establish a shared understanding of the project’s objectives, structure, and implementation approach. During the opening session, the Rector of Fan S. Noli University, Prof. Dr. Lorenc Ekonomi, welcomed the consortium and highlighted the importance of academic integrity and ethical governance in contemporary higher education, particularly in the context of digital transformation and the increasing use of artificial intelligence.
Over the two days, partners presented their institutions and areas of expertise, discussed the project’s work packages, implementation timeline, and management procedures, and clarified roles and responsibilities. The project coordinator, Dr. Erinda Papa, presented the overall framework of SINCERE and outlined the next steps for the initial phase of implementation.
The Kick-off Meeting concluded with an open discussion on coordination mechanisms and upcoming activities, laying a solid foundation for effective collaboration among partners and the successful implementation of the project.
